Repairing Flood Damage

This structure was heavily damaged by water when heavy rains from severe storms that impacted the area caused a storm water intrusion. When SERVPRO of Haywood & Transylvania Counties arrived, there was still water standing in the structure. So, the first priority was to remove the excess moisture. 

We placed drying equipment strategically throughout this structure to make sure the water evaporated quickly. We do this to make sure that further problems, such as mold, can be prevented. 

We also, removed all the damaged drywall and flooring, as well other damaged materials. Then we were able to begin our restoration.
