SERVPRO of Haywood & Transylvania Counties and SERVPRO of Nantahala take great pride in being a part of the western North Carolina community to include: Cherokee, Clay, Graham, Haywood, Jackson, Macon, Swain and Transylvania Counties. We understand that communities like ours hold America together. We want to do our part to ensure that western North Carolina thrives by helping those less fortunate, keeping the area safe and making our communities the best they can be. SERVPRO of Haywood & Transylvania Counties and SERVPRO of Nantahala were a 2011 Relay for Life Event Sponsor and 2009, 2010 and 2011 Hospice House Cut-a-thon Sponsor. We provided participating high schools in our 8 county area of western North Carolina with the Dave Ramsey Financial Program in the past to assist educators in meeting student's financial classroom requirements in the state of North Carolina. SERVPRO of Haywood & Transylvania Counties and SERVPRO of Nantahala also continue to participate in community food drives during this devastating economic downturn, and commit to continued future acts of kindness through various community charitable programs. Without the assistance of local businesses and individuals, our communities would fail to meet all the needs of their residents during this time of economic hardship. We partner with other area businesses and individuals to assist our communities in meeting these needs whenever possible. We also continue to provide -Free continuing education classes to our area insurance agents and adjusters to assist them in meeting the insurance industry's CE credit requirements for licensing in the states of North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Georgia. These classes are provided at the client's location for their convenience, or in our facility for larger capacity. -Free lunch and learn programs for area insurance agents, property manager groups, realtor associations, and any other requesting groups about the cleaning and restoration industry and its guidelines. SERVPRO of Haywood & Transylvania Counties and SERVPRO of Nantahala have made a commitment to educate our area partners in the cleaning and restoration industry's standards and requirements through its governing body, The Clean Trust, formerly known as IICRC. We believe that the sharing of knowledge and training of the industry's guidelines is a contribution we owe to each of our insurance industry partners.
